Refund policy

Pridevoyageshop.com accepts returns of merchandise that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original labels and hangtags attached, if returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method. Please be aware that Pridevoyageshop.com reserves the right to decline returns if there are any signs of wear. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy include sale items and gift cards, which are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

Any items purchased using a discount code during a promotional period can only be refunded as store credit.

Please be aware that shipping and duty fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping and duties is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect the packaging for any damage. Should you find any, note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@pridevoyageshop.com, and we will assist with processing an insurance claim.
