If a package is refused by the buyer due to customs charges, it will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

Will this item get to me before?
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Order never arrived:
- If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
- First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
- If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@pridevoyageshop.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.

In the rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, you may be eligible for an item replacement or refund. For orders shipping to the US, an item is considered lost in transit if has not arrived within 4 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.
- For orders shipping to countries other than the US, an item is considered lost in transit if it has not arrived within 5 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.
- If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you are not eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.
- If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you are not eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
