The circumference of the L-sized hoods ranges from 56 cm to 61 cm (22" to 24"), while the XL hood ranges from 60 cm to 68 cm (23.5" to 27"). Initially, they may feel tight but will stretch and conform to your head shape with repeated use.

The harness is available in two sizes:

Medium: Ideal for chests measuring between 84 cm and 98 cm (33" to 39")
Large: Best suited for chests measuring between 96 cm and 114 cm (38" to 45")
